Cfoni Technologies Sdn Bhd is also affected by this requirement and is in the middle of preparing for the full implementation of GST which will go on 1 April 2015.

Therefore, we wish to inform you that Cfoni Technologies Sdn Bhd will become a GST registered business entity and will be collecting GST on goods and services supplied by us starting from 1 April 2015 onwards. In this respect, Cfoni Technologies Sdn Bhd. reserves the right to enforce any changes to our policy on goods and services supplied to our clients/partners. Our GST number is 000444301312.

All domains registered with CFONI, belongs to the customer. You can fully manage your domain or transfer your domains registration away after the first year contract with us.

Yes. however you will have inform to us before the registration of any domain name, and extra charges will be incurred.

You can transfer domain registrations to your account at any time. To transfer a domain. After login to my account, go to PLANS -> SMALL or MEDIUM or LARGE -> Order now -> Transfer an existing domain, you need get the transfer code from your current registrar.

Your hosting plan come with shared IP address only.

A transfer authorization code is required when transferring any .com/.net, .org, .info, .biz, .us, .name and .cn domain name from one registrar to another.

It takes 24 to 72 hours for the name server changes to take effect. While your domain name is transfer to us, you can use the shared IP address to upload and content on your website.

When a domain expires, you have an approximate 30 day period to renew your domain at its regular rate. After that, your domain goes into a status called 'Extended Redemption' where you can still renew your domain for another 30 to 40 days at an increased price. This increased cost is charged by the domain issuing authority and we have to, unfortunately, pass that cost on to you.

If you still choose not to renew your domain, it then goes through a short deletion period before it is opened back up to be repurchased by the general public.

Cloud Telephony systems, also known as a VoIP PBX, IP-PBX, hosted PBX, virtual PBX or IPBX just that Cloud Telephone is running on Cloud pay as you use model, its uses Internet Protocol to carry calls. Yes. We can make and receive calls while using internet but just may have some compromise of the voice quality due to Cloud Telephony shares the same internet line.

You can only have a single access at any point of time. Multiple access at the same time is not allowed.

Yes. Voice record is a optional product, hence it is chargeable at RM 0.50 /GB/User/Month.

Example: if you like to do voice record for 5 staffs each staff work 8 hours a day, each staff will roughly take 10 GB /user/month, therefore you will need to buy 50 GB for 5 user per month.

No you are not obligated to do this. You may simply buy extra extentions as you need them.
